This is a fantastic sauce with a citrus kick.
Picked this up at the Whole Foods in Brooklyn.

We like simple and straight forward ingredients. Señor Lechuga Hot Sauce .003 contains: Apple cider vinegar, pineapple, habanero peppers, red onion, garlic, Himalayan sea salt, dried Carolina Reapers peppers, cumin
We would love to see this come with organic ingredients. Unfortunately there is no sea in the Himalayas.
This is a great sauce for chicken or fish tacos. Gives the tacos a summer time zap. The heat is sharp but will not over heat your meal.
Looking forward to trying the other sauces in their line up.
