I ordered the East Coast Burger and a Chocolate Malt Shake. The bread was nice and soft, the burger was a smash burger type, the cheese was actual cheese and not Kraft Singles, the tomatoes and pickles were sliced thinly, and they used bib lettuce instead of iceberg. Overall this burger was fantastic and the ingredients seemed quality, especially for a fast food burger. My only critique is I wish they put more sauce on. Perhaps you can order a side of the ECB sauce which seems just like a typical house burger sauce combo of mayo, ketchup, mustard. The chocolate shake was also good. I think they could have added more malt but overall it was a great meal and I'll definitely be returning.
